Delete Your Account or Data

This page explains how to permanently delete your PsyFi account, or request deletion of some of your data without closing your account. PsyFi is operated by The Rajma Company Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT AND ALL DATA

You can delete your PsyFi account and its associated data in any of the following ways:

• In the mobile app: open the menu, go to Profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm.
• On the web: sign in and go to Settings → Profile, then choose Delete account.
• By email: send a request to [email protected] from the email address registered to your account.

Deleting your account removes your profile, connected bank data, transactions, insights, chat history, Fy's conversational memory, and wellness entries from active use immediately. Residual copies are purged from our systems and backups within 90 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, billing records).

Note on subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel a subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Please cancel it in your device's store settings (App Store: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Google Play: Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions), or you may continue to be billed by the store.

2. DELETE SOME DATA WITHOUT CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT

You can also remove specific data while keeping your PsyFi account:

• Disconnect a bank: in the app, go to Accounts, choose a connected institution, and select Disconnect. Its accounts and synced transactions are removed from your PsyFi data.
• Clear Fy's memory: in the app menu, open What Fy knows about you to remove individual remembered facts or delete Fy's entire memory of your conversations.
• By email: request deletion of specific data (for example, chat history or wellness entries) by writing to [email protected] from your registered email address, describing what you would like removed.
