1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE

1.1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your") and The Rajma Company Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our") governing your access to and use of the PsyFi mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Services").

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Services.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

PsyFi is a financial technology application that provides behavioral finance insights, investment tracking, habit building, and transaction management features designed to help users improve their financial wellness.

3. USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS" AND “AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

9. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Services and updating the “Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
